Has this thought ever crossed your mind?

Has this thought ever crossed your mind?

But, if I stop dieting and counting, won’t I just gain a ton of weight?

No. Not if you’re equipped with the right tools…

If you’re reading this you probably already know I am crazy passionate about helping women reach their highest potential in life through health and I believe so much of it starts with the relationship to what’s on our plate…

We belittle ourselves and dampen our power by getting stuck in our heads with beliefs that just aren’t true…

I must eat THIS to achieve X body size…
‍I must work out in THIS way to get X results…

I am not good unless I eat kale…
I am bad if I eat a slice of cake…

Food is not morally good or bad and neither is your body.

I take a STRONG stance against all the food rules… because, well,…

They don’t work if you want lasting change in your physical and mental body.

And, they screw up our perception of what can be true for us.

As women (and men) we’ve forgotten how to tap into our inner wisdom. We’ve stopped using food as nourishment and started using it as punishment. We move our bodies not to feel good inside but to receive accolades from others.

Does this sound true for you?

How we do food is how we do life after all!

You don’t need another diet plan and restrictions to be healthy or lose weight… and I want to show you why…
